The Carr Lane ON-Size Bushing — Headless Type is a precision bushing whose ID is ground to the exact nominal drill size, providing accurate hole guidance with no clearance between the bushing ID and the drill diameter. ON-Size bushings are used for final-pass reaming and precision drilling where standard clearance bushings would produce an oversized hole. Available in 8 configurations of nominal drill sizes (e.g. CL-1000-BPNV, CL-2000-BPNV...). Available in both inch and metric configurations.
