The Tiny Vise® Wedge Clamp is a compact wedge-action double-edge clamp that secures workpieces while keeping the top surface unobstructed for machining. The body is heat-treated tool steel (30-35 Rc) with electroless nickel plating for corrosion resistance; the screw is Grade 8 high-alloy steel with a black oxide finish. Two jaw styles are available: serrated, for maximum gripping power, and smooth, to prevent marring of finished parts, with two tapped holes (M4 x .7 to M5 x .8) for mounting custom jaws. Suitable for tight fixture setups, multi-part machining, and automation. Three sizes are offered, from 5/16"-18 to 5/8"-11 thread (M8 to M16 in metric), with clamping forces from 3372 to 11240 lbs (15 to 50 kN).
