The PAC Precision Shrinkfit Holder with BT Taper is a thermally-fitted tool holder for CNC machining centers with BT spindle interfaces. The shrinkfit holder grips the tool shank by thermal contraction — the bore is heated to expand, the tool inserted, and the holder cooled to shrink firmly onto the shank — providing exceptional concentricity (typically 3 microns or better at 3xD), zero radial play, and high clamping force. The shrinkfit principle delivers outstanding runout accuracy and vibration damping for precision finishing, high-speed machining, and long-reach applications.
