The HWR SolidPoint Setup Station is a dedicated off-machine fixture setup and pre-setting station for the SolidPoint zero-point clamping system. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The setup station allows fixture plates and pallets to be assembled, tooled, and pre-positioned away from the machining center, so the machine is never idle during fixture changeover. When the setup is complete, the fixture transfers to the machine with immediate SolidPoint accuracy.
