The HWR SolidPoint Distance Pull Stud is an extended-length pull stud for the SolidPoint zero-point clamping system, designed for use with thick fixture plates and tombstones where standard pull stud length is insufficient to engage the receiver. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The distance pull stud bridges the gap between the receiver surface and the fixture mounting face, maintaining full clamping engagement with the SolidPoint receiver.
