The HWR SolidPoint Pull Stud is the locating and clamping element of the HWR SolidPoint zero-point clamping system. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The pull stud installs in the underside of fixture plates, pallets, and tooling bodies, and engages the SolidPoint receiver with a snap-in action that simultaneously locates and clamps the fixture in a single motion. Available in standard and distance configurations to suit different fixture plate thicknesses.
