The HWR SolidPoint Gauging Pallet is a precision reference pallet for verifying SolidPoint receiver accuracy and system qualification. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The gauging pallet provides known reference geometry for checking SolidPoint receiver location accuracy, ensuring the zero-point system maintains its ±0.005mm repeatability specification over the receiver's service life.
