The HWR SolidPoint 96 Support Plate provides additional structural support and mounting area for large or complex fixture assemblies on the SolidPoint 96 zero-point clamping system. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The support plate increases fixture rigidity for heavy workpieces and high-force machining operations, maintaining SolidPoint 96 compatibility for fast pallet changeover.
