The HWR SolidPoint 96 Riser — 60mm is a precision spacer that elevates SolidPoint 96 fixture plates 60mm above the machine table for improved workpiece clearance and 5-axis tool access. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments.
