The HWR SolidPoint 96 Plate — Quad Plate is a large fixture plate with four independent workholding stations arranged on a single SolidPoint 96 pallet. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments.
