The HWR SolidPoint 96 Plate — 246mm Round is the largest round fixture plate in the SolidPoint 96 range, providing maximum fixture mounting area for complex, large-part rotary machining setups. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The 246mm diameter accommodates large vise configurations, multi-clamp layouts, and custom fixture bodies on 4th-axis and full 5-axis machining centers.
