The HWR SolidPoint 96 Plate — 192 x 192mm is a square fixture plate for the SolidPoint 96 zero-point clamping system. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The 192 x 192mm square format provides a large, symmetric fixture mounting area suited to tombstone-style setups where fixtures are loaded on multiple faces of a rotating pallet.
