The HWR SolidPoint 96/52 Riser — 60mm is a precision elevation spacer compatible with both SolidPoint 96 and SolidPoint 52 receivers, providing 60mm of additional fixture height for improved workpiece clearance. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments.
