The HWR SolidPoint 52 Support Plate is a base plate for the SolidPoint 52 zero-point clamping system that provides additional mounting surface and structural support for complex fixture assemblies. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments. The support plate increases the effective fixture footprint for larger workholding setups while maintaining full compatibility with SolidPoint 52 receivers and pull studs.
