The HWR SolidPoint 52 Riser — 100mm is a precision spacer block that elevates SolidPoint 52 fixture plates and pallets 100mm above the machine table, providing maximum clearance for tall workpieces, deep overhangs, and full 5-axis tool access. HWR's SolidPoint zero-point clamping system enables fast, accurate fixture and pallet changeover on CNC machining centers by locating and clamping in a single step via precision pull studs. The system achieves repeatability of ±0.005mm, eliminating the need for re-indication after changeover and dramatically reducing setup time in high-mix production environments.
