The HWR SolidClick 125 Vise is a modular quick-change machine vise with a 125mm jaw width for 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. HWR's SolidClick modular vise system uses a quick-change dovetail interface that locks interchangeable jaw sets onto the vise body in seconds without tools, enabling rapid changeover between different workpiece geometries without removing the vise from the machine. The SolidClick 125 body accepts standard and custom jaw sets via the precision dovetail interface, providing repeatable jaw positioning to within ±0.01mm for consistent workpiece location across multiple setups. The vise delivers high clamping force for rigid, vibration-resistant workholding on a wide range of workpiece materials and sizes.
