The PAC Precision ER16 Collet Steel Sealed is an ER16 spring collet with a steel sealed back for coolant-through tooling applications. The steel seal directs coolant flow through the collet's internal channel directly into the tool's coolant passages, providing efficient through-tool coolant delivery to the cutting edge. The steel sealed design outperforms rubber sealed collets with greater durability, no wear, and a more rigid collet-to-chuck connection. Accommodates tool shanks up to 10mm diameter.
