The Jergens Ball Lock Shank with Thumbscrew is a quick-change tooling shank for the Jergens Ball Lock® system that includes the integrated thumbscrew actuator for one-tool-free installation and removal of fixture plates. A quarter-turn of the thumbscrew locks or releases the shank from the receiver bushing with 0.0002" repeatability, enabling fast fixture changeover on machining centers, CMM tables, and assembly fixtures without realignment.
