Returns and Refunds

Want to make a return? 
Just email Jerico’s Customer Service department at sales@jericoinc.com or call 630-925-1444 to discuss your order.

Return Reminders:

  • If you find any discrepancies with your order, such as incorrect quantities or parts, please contact our Customer Service department immediately at 630-925-1444 or by email at sales@jericoinc.com.
  • Product returns are subject to a maximum 20% restocking charge. Of course, returns where CLM is at fault have no restocking fee.
  • Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is the eight-digit number provided to you by Jerico Customer Service when you initiated your return inquiry.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
  • Please include your RMA number on all returned packages and paperwork.
  • Jerico, Inc. bases credits on inspections and acceptance.

Want to check on a current return’s status?
Contact Jerico’s Customer Service department. You will need to have your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number handy that was supplied to you by our Customer Service department along with your customer number and your bill-to zip code when making your inquiry.
